Description This research aimed to describe the position and the effect  of sexual behavior such as  lesbian, gay, bisexual, and transgender, also known as LGBT in three perceptions; Islamic Law, Psychology, and Human Right. This research which using literature review method indicated that in Islamic Law perspective, LGBT is a mental disorder and must be cured. In psychology perspective, LGBT is considered as a part of human naturals or as a mental disorder depends on social culture while based on human right perspective, LGBT is considered as a part of their human right if the rules and regulation of a country legalized it. Based on these three point of perceptions, LGBT behaviors only have the negative effect for the subjects.Keyword : LGBT, Islamic law, psychology, human right
