Description This extracurricular activity is one of the realization of the teaching and learning process that demands the activeness of students in teaching and learning activities, both in school hours and outside school hours, so that they are expected to develop interest in their talents. To facilitate this research, then as a problem statement in this study. The purpose of this study was to find out about madrasa head planning in increasing extracurricular activities in the Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Bustanul Ulum Madrasa, to find out the implementation of madrasa principals in increasing extracurricular activities in the Ibtidaiyah Bustanul Ulum Madrasah, to find out the evaluation of madrasah principals in increasing extracurricular activities in Madrasah Ibtidaiyahanulum Ulum. This research uses a qualitative approach and the type of research is a case study. The data obtained by researchers by observation, interviews and documentation in the Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Bustanul Ulum Batu City. Then the analytical method used is qualitative descriptive analysis, and data analysis techniques include data collection, data condensation, data presentation, conclusions and are done using perseverance, triangulation, peer discussion, and using of several reference materials. The results obtained showed that extracurricular activities in the Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Bustanul Ulum is one of the activities outside the hours of subjects aimed at increasing the talent possessed by students. It also increases madrasa achievements in the extracurricular field. Extracurricular activities make students more disciplined in terms of commendable behavior. Extracurricular is one of the students' learning media in developing aspects of education. In general, students take part in extracurricular activities based on their interests and talents. Interest in joining extracurricular activities can influence the intentions of student dilenuencies.
