Description The quality of education can be seen from the quality of graduates in the school. Improving the quality of education can not be released by efforts to improve the quality of students that will have an impact on the quality of graduates, The quality of graduates can improve if the school can carry out good management. So if you want to create quality learning, the teacher must be quality and if you want to create quality graduates, the teacher and learning must be quality. This case a challenge for principals to improve the quality of graduates at SDI Bani Hasyim Singosari Malang. With available facilities, schools are expected to prepare appropriate strategies in providing education services to students. This study aims to find out how the principal's strategy in improving the quality of graduates at SD Islam Bani Hasyim Singosari Malang. This research uses a qualitative approach, As for the data obtained based on the results of observations, interviews, and documentation. So the results of this study indicate that the principal designs the plan and applies it to the activities of the students so the efforts can improve the quality of graduates.
