Description Mathematics learning requires proper teacher class management in order to achieve the learning objectives to the maximum. Based on the research context above, there are several formulations problems or research focus namely: (1) regarding the importance of teacher classroom management. (2) regarding the strategy of teacher classroom management in mathematics learning. (3) concerning the factors that support and hinder the management of teacher class in mathematics learning. To solve the problems of the three problems above, conducted qualitative research. Data collection procedures performed with used the first three methods, the interview method via the Google Form format in which the researcher conducted an interview with a friend of PGMI Unisma's students to obtain the required data. Based on the discussion in the paragraph above, then it is taken the conclusion that the management of teacher classes in mathematics learning is a program or thing that must be mastered by the teacher, both the material of the strategy and the media is what helps the teacher become a professional teacher in the class. The teacher's strategy in learning mathematics adjusts the material criteria that will be submitted to adjust the method and the media. For the supporting and inhibiting factors change the mindset of the community who think that mathematics is difficult with the use of media that is fun in learning. Key word : teacher class management, Mathematics
