Description  This study aims to find out the forms of acquaintance by class students, the factors that influence student delinquency, and to find out how the teacher's efforts in overcoming student delinquency in class IV Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Bustanul Ulum Batu. Research that has been done is included in qualitative research. Where this researcher describes the situation regarding the problem to be examined. with problems or delinquents and school principals in addition to reference material. In the process of collecting data used several research methods, namely: observation, interviews, and documentation. Conclusions of the study: (1) Dressing neatly, dirty, lazy, stealing belongings from friends. (2) In internal factors, factors affecting student delinquency are the physical development of children, then in external factors such as less harmonious families, the influence of the school environment and the community environment. (3) Teachers' efforts are: a) preventive measures, which are implemented by providing religious education to students, b) repressive measures (prevention) aimed at blocking student delinquency as often as possible to prevent the occurrence of violent delinquency events by giving advice good to students by providing guidance, and direction, c) Curative or healing actions that are correcting the effects of misbehavior, the teacher provides special guidance that is giving attention and advice to more naughty students.Keywords: Teacher Efforts, Student Delinquency
