Description The purpose of this study was to find out how the reward and punishment of PGMI Unisma semester IV students, To find out how the learning interests of PGMI students of semester IV Unisma, To find out whether there is an effect of reward and punishment on the learning interest of PGMI students in semester IV Unisma. This research uses a descriptive quantitative approach using survey methods. The results of the discussion stated that the level of influence of giving rewards and punishments to fourth semester students of PGMI unisma 4% in the excellent category, 28% in the good category, 52% in the moderate category, and 16% in the less category. While the level of student interest in learning for the fourth semester of PGMI Unisma is 12% excellent category, 60% good category, 20% adequate category, and 8% less category. After going through statistical calculations it can be concluded that there is no influence between the provision of reward and punishment to the learning interest of fourth semester students of PGMI Islamic University of Malang. This can be seen from the results of hypothesis testing which shows that t count of -0.675 is smaller than t table of 2.068. So the proposed hypothesis is rejected or in other languages there is no effect of giving rewards and punishments to students' interest in learning semester IV PGMI students of Islamic Universities. Keyword: Reward and Punishment, Interest to Learn
