Description  Majelis Hakim Pengadilan Tata Usaha Negara Jakarta, dalam membuat pertimbangan hukum, kurang memperhatian aspek teknis dalam proses Pendaftaran, Verifikasi, dan Penetapan Partai Politik peserta Pemilu sehingga pertimbangan hukum yang disusun kurang cermat dalam memahami UU No 7 tahun 2017 tentang Pemilu dan PKPU No 6 tahun 2018 tentang Pendaftaran, Verifikasi, dan Penetapan Partai Politik peserta Pemilu Anggota DPR, DPRD. Kata Kunci: kewenangan, prosedur, substansi serta asas-asas umum pemerintahan yang baik. The Jakarta State Administrative Court's Judges, in making legal considerations, paid little attention to the technical aspects of the Election Registration, Verification, and Determination of Political Parties so that legal considerations were arranged inaccurately in understanding Law No. 7 of 2017 concerning PKPU Elections and No 6 years 2018 concerning Registration, Verification, and Determination of Political Parties participating in the Election of Members of the DPR, DPRD. Keywords: authority, procedure, substance and general principles of good governance.
