Hanif, M.Pd.I. dan Dr. Dwi Fitri Wiyono, M.Pd.I.Tenaga pendidik di SMK Terpadu Al-Ishlahiyah Singosari memiliki mutu yang berbeda satu sama lain. Perbedaan mutu kompetensi pedagogik dan keprofesionalan yang paling menonjol menjadi permasalahan yang menarik untuk diteliti. Perbedaan keadaan kompetensi pedagogik dan keprofesionalan tenaga pendidik dan kependidikan yang ada di SMK Al-Ishlahiyah Singosari sangat nampak pada proses belajar mengajar dikelas maupun secara daring. Untuk meningkatkan mutu pendidik, maka diperlukan fokus masalah yakni (1) Perencanaan kepala sekolah dalam meningkatkan mutu sumberdaya tenaga pendidik di SMK Terpadu Al-Ishlahiyah Singosari; (2) Proses yang dilakukan kepala sekolah dalam meningkatkan mutu sumberdaya tenaga pendidik di SMK Terpadu Al-Ishlahiyah Singosari; (3) Evaluasi yang dilakukan kepala sekolah setelah adanya tindakan dalam meningkatkan mutu sumberdaya tenaga pendidik di SMK Terpadu Al-Ishlahiyah Singosari. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif dengan trianggulasi data berdasarkan observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepala sekolah melakukan strategi berkelanjutan dengan membuat Forum Pimpinan dan menyusun program perbaikan mutu pendidik yang secara signifikan melalui adanya intensif on the job training (diklat penguatan kompetensi) dan penyediaan fasilitas penunjang pembelajaran. Selanjutnya melaksanakan evaluasi melalui forum group discussion dan layanan konseling bagi pendidik. Strategi peningkatakan mutu pendidik hendaknya menjadi perhatian khusus bagi stakeholder disekolah sehingga tercapai tujuan pendidikan yang paripurna.Kata kunci: strategi, peningkatan mutu pendidik AbstractRizkiya, Amanatu. 2021. The difference in the quality of the most prominent pedagogic and professional competences becomes an interesting problem to study. The difference in the state of pedagogic competence and professionalism of educators and education personnel at SMK Al-Ishlahiyah Singosari is very visible in the teaching and learning process in class and online. To improve the quality of educators, it is necessary to focus on problems, namely (1) Principal planning to improving the quality of teaching staff at SMK Terpadu Al-Ishlahiyah Singosari; (2) the process carried out by the principal in improving the quality of teaching staff at the SMK Terpadu Al-Ishlahiyah Singosari; (3) The evaluation carried out by the principal after the action in improving the quality of teaching staff at SMK Terpadu Al-Ishlahiyah Singosari. The research method used is descriptive qualitative with data triangulation based on observations, interviews and documentation. The results showed that school principals carried out a sustainable strategy by creating a Leadership Forum and developing a program for improving the quality of educators significantly through intensive on the job training and the provision of learning support facilities. Then carry out evaluations through group discussion forums and counseling services for educators. The strategy for improving the quality of educators should be of special concern to stakeholders in schools so that the goals of plenary education are achieved.Keywords: strategy, improving the quality of educators
