Description Fajar Musik Studio is an individual business engaged in the rental of music studios on Jln. Hasanudin No. 223A Batu City. The purpose of this study was to determine how much influence the facilities, excellent service, and discounted pricing. This study uses a non probability sampling method with a sampling technique using purposive sampling technique. The results of this study indicate that partially the facility and fixing of the discounted price affect customer satisfaction. While excellent service has no partial effect on customer satisfaction, and there is a simultaneous and significant influence between facilities, excellent service and discounted pricing.
