It is necessary cleaning tool belt conveyor. equipment working principle instrument is the motor power coming from the engine is passed through the shaft conveyor belt propped up by bearing and transmission V belt. Furthermore, the shaft will rotate Cylinder Roller brush with direction of rotation in the opposite direction of the belt itself. From planning purifier conveyor belt is distinguished with a capacity of 10 tons/hour obtained calculation and the type of material chosen with the desired motor power of 0.5 KW. Brush roll of nylon material with a diameter of 20 cm is length bristles 6 cm and a length of brush 80 cm. Round conveyor 1400 rpm, the desired brush rotation shaft material 800 rpm.
