An embung is a building that serves to collect rainwater for the preparation of a village in the dry season, also regulates an air flow that is intentionally made to increase the water level to get a high waterfall that can be flowed completely and controlled for its distribution. Reservoir planning is one solution that can be applied in Aeng Mera Village, which uses water in the rainy season and can be used in the dry season. Operationally, the reservoir is used to regulate and guarantee the continuity of approved air supply for plant needs and clean water needs in the dry and rainy seasons. The location of the reservoir plan is located in Aeng Mera Village, Batu Putih area, Sumenep Regency. Embung Aeng Mera has two rain stations namely, Batu Putih Rain Station and Batang-Batang Station. Aeng Mera Embung has a river with a watershed area of 70 km2, and has a river length of ± 34km. From the results of the Aeng Mera Embung analysis, it was designed with a homogeneous type of homogeneous soil reservoir with a river bed elevation of + 59.00 and using Q50 = 67.3 m3 / s. From the planning obtained the following results: NWL elevation +71.00; elevation HWL +72.00; and the elevation of the lighthouse embung +73.00; width of lighthouse embung 5 m; reservoir height 6 m. After analyzing the body's risk, display the dimensions of the reservoir that are safe against forces arising from the flow of filtration and landslide hazards.Keywords: Embung, Embung Planning, Stability
