Description This research explains about the implementation of students' morals on the teacher. then this study we give a theme with “Implementasi Aklak Peserta Didik Pada Guru menurut Kitab Ta’lim Muta’allim  Studi Kasus di  SMP AL-RIFAIE”. The method that researchers use is descriptive qualitative research type. In this study the authors used a phenomenological approach. While the type of research used in this study is phenomenology. The results of this study are that when the above is applied, many children understand what is directed but to start it as a habit that requires a rather long time. Therefore teachers are needed to give examples to students about morals in the Muta'allim group who are willing to supervise and constantly remind gradually. But the figure of the teacher who accompanies them is very influential and in this case requires a teacher who can educate. Because the average teacher now only delivers material and ignores the real task of the teacher, which is educating. If students find a teacher who educates then this application will go very well and give birth to a student who has a good character to the teacher.
