Description Discipline is a trait that shows someone's accuracy and compliance. With discipline someone will be more valuable than others. Reward and punishment are one of the methods in learning, as well as disciplinary learning. Reward becomes a form of positive response to one's actions with the aim of motivating, while punishment is a negative response given with the aim of providing a deterrent effect. In Islamic boarding schools every student is taught a disciplined attitude, both in terms of worship, discipline and learning. Therefore, the authors examine the application of reward and punishment in the process of increasing the discipline of students in Islamic boarding schools Daarul Falah
