Description This study aims to determine the effect of pedagogic competence and professional competence of SKI teachers on students' learning motivation at MA Bilingual School Batu. This research uses a qualitative approach and the type of research is a case study. Data collection techniques in this study were observation, interviews, and documentation. While the data analysis technique uses the Miles, Huberman and Saldina method which includes data collection, data condensation, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. Meanwhile, to check the validity of the data using participatory counseling, triangulation, and peer discussion. In this study, in the current state of the covid-19 pandemic, which makes all learning in schools based online and makes teachers in every school must be able to use existing technology to be able to provide good learning materials to their students. The results of the study indicate that SKI teachers have their own innovations in preparing lesson plans in motivating their students not to get bored and want to follow SKI learning well during the learning process, so that they can complete KD targets in accordance with what has been set. by the teacher. and also SKI teachers can develop learning in accordance with existing online learning, through self-development by participating in training and studying existing books to develop the four teacher
