Description Islamic religious education teachers have a very big role and responsibility in fostering students about the importance of instilling morality in students, and in accordance with the responsibilities of all parties. This research was conducted at MTs Annur 1 Bululawang by using the principal, teachers and students as data sources. This study uses a qualitative method with the type of case study research. Data collection techniques are observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis in this research, data reduction, conclusion drawing / verification. The role of Islamic religious education teachers in shaping the morality of students in MTs Annur 1 Bululawang as a source of learning through moral material, the teacher as a motivator / advice, as a guide, and as a good example. Islamic religious teachers have roles and responsibilities which is very large in fostering students about the importance of instilling the morality of mercy to students, and in accordance with the responsibilities of all parties. In forming the morality of the mercy of MTs Annur teacher students use several strategies, namely habituation, supervision, giving advice / motivation.
