Description This study aims to determine: (1) The role of mosque takmir in increasing Islamic symbols in the Masjid Baitul Makmur Sialang Baru (2) The program of mosque takmir work in increasing Islamic symbols in the Baitul Makmur Sialang Baru mosque, and (3) The implementation of mosque takmir work programs in increasing Islamic symbols in the Baitul Makmur Sialang Baru mosque. The research approach used is a qualitative approach. Which approach is a research strategy to obtain valid data in accordance with the characteristics. Data collection techniques used in this study were carried out using observation, interview, and documentation approaches which were then analyzed using descriptive qualitative analysis methods. The findings of this study indicate that the existence of mosques in increasing symbols in the Baitul Makmur mosque include: (1) The role of takmir of the Baitul Makmur mosque has a very important position to increase the symbols of Islam. The role of the takmir of the mosque is to optimize the function of the mosque as an Islamic Center, a place to foster human relations with Allah S.W.T, human relations with humans, and foster and hold activities that can increase the symbolism of Islam for the community. (2) One of the main supporters in increasing Islamic symbols is good mosque takmir. Because the takmir of the mosque as a mediator in increasing the spread of Islam certainly has to set a good example. There are a number of mosque takmir work programs in enhancing Islamic symbols in the Baitul Makmur Sialang Baru mosque, including: construction, worship, the field of PHBI (Commemoration of Islamic Holidays), public relations (public relations) and education. (3) Seeing the importance of an activity / program carried out in the mosque as an Islamic symbol, the caretaker of the Baitul Makmur Sialang Baru mosque has formulated an implementation plan aimed at making the entire mosque program work as planned. There are several designs for the implementation of the work program conducted by the Baitul Makmur Sialang Baru mosque, including: planning, organizing, mobilizing and supervising.
