Description Diversity is a gift given by God to be thankful and enjoyed, but in a particular region or institution diversity is a terrible scourge so as to create a problem of diversity. In the state vocational high school 1 Ampelgading itself becomes a very complex problem among students, the commotion between students. This study aims to determine the role of teachers in the application of multicultural education in SMK 1 Ampelgading. This research is a descriptive qualitative research with interview and observation and documentation methods. Then analyzed using data education, data presentation and data conclusions. The results of this study indicate that the Role of Teachers in Implementing Multicultural Education in State Vocational School 1 Ampelgading has played a role in implementing multicultural education by providing understanding related to differences and also how to address these differences as a gift rather than a disaster.
