Before knowing about the teacher's efforts in contructions student discipline. The teacher's effort is an effort that must be made by the teacher so that students become disciplined individuals.The role of the Islamic Religion Teacher is to become a method in achieving the context of the expected national education goals through education in schools. Islamic Religious Education is in dire need of educators who have a high quality basis. The role of a teacher involved is very important for students, especially in the success of learning at school. The focus of the research discusses the planning, implementation and supporting and inhibiting factors of the pie teacher's efforts in developing the personality of students at MTs Babul Futuh Pandaan. To achieve this goal, the researcher uses a phenomenological-based qualitative approach using case study research. For the supporting factors of this research, namely the nature of discipline, it does not apply. The inhibiting factor of this research is the condition of the same students who live in the boarding school and the same environment. so that the santri are still unruly, still lazy, and there is also an influence from the theme.
