Multicultural education is part of one of the most suitable alternative educational models to instill multicultural values in students in the context of the Indonesian state with a high level of heterogeneity. Currently, the concept of multicultural education is starting to gain popularity among education and education policy makers who expect developments in the rights of the State without discriminating in terms of race, ethnicity, culture, religion, and skin color along with the rise of the Covid-19 conflict and various tensions that have occurred in recent years. This study aims to determine the internalization of Islamic religious education teachers in instilling multicultural values to students, and to determine the results of the internalization process of learning in Islamic religious education learning. This research is a type of descriptive research, with a qualitative approach to internalizing the values of multicultural education by Muhaimin, which aims to obtain a cycle of internalizing the values of multicultural education. From the results of this study indicate that teachers can instill the values of attitudes contained in multicultural values and implemented in everyday life.
