Description At Madrasah Aliyah Babul Futuh Tudan, the school is based on a pesantren, but it still often found that students whose fluency in reading Qur'an do not match with makhrajil letters. The purpose of this study is to describe the implementation of the drill methode, find out the obstacles, and find out the supporting factors of implementation of the drill methode of improving the fluency of reading Qur'an through BTQ learning at XI MA Babul Futuh Tudun Pandaan students class. The research approach of this is a qualitative approach, approaching type is a case study, the datas were obtained using observation, interviews, and documentation techniques. The ways of technique analysing data were reducing, presenting data, and drawing conclusions. The informants used were BTQ subject teachers and some students of class XI MA Babul Futuh Tudun Pandaan. The results of the research carried out were the drill methode implementation of improving fluency level of reading Qur'an through BTQ learning at XI MA Babul Fatuh Tudan Pandaan's students' class were declared effective to help students read Al-Qur'an fluently. The obstacles found were known from how the teacher delivered materials in easy language, besides that some of the students did not Al-Qur'an, thus hampering the learning process in a short time due to the oandemic period. Supporting factors come from educators who were linear through BTQ subject, also adequate and conducive school environment infrastructure because they are in the pesantren environment.
