Description Parents 'efforts to increase learning motivation are a form of parents' business at MTs Al Qudsiyah. The objectives of this study are (1) to describe the plans that parents do in providing motivation to learn during the online learning period at Mts Al Qudsiyah Klotok Plumpang, Tuban. (2) Describe the implementation carried out by parents in providing Learning Motivation on Online Learning at Mts Al Qudsiyah Klotok, Plumpang Tuban, and (3) Describing the results that parents do in providing Learning Motivation in Online Learning at Mts Al Qudsiyah Klotok, Plumpang, Tuban. The results of this study are (1) The parents planning of MTs Al in an effort to provide learning motivation are parents as educators, parents' efforts as facilitators, and parents as motivators. (2) Implementation of parents' efforts in increasing the learning motivation of class X students at MTs Al Qudsiyah Klotok, Tuban in implementing of course by doing the results of parental planning: a. Giving praise, which is an expression of pride given by parents to children. b). Giving Rewerd c). Recognizing children's difficulties 4). Meet the needs of children. (3) Based on research that has been conducted by researchers related to the results of the efforts of parents of MTs AL Qudsiyah Klotok, Tuban in learning as follows: enthusiasm in learning because of the fulfillment of facilities, being more active in learning, and the habits that parents give their children keep learning every day.
