Description Fiqh is an Islamic education that continues to develop according to the times. The focus of this research is to discuss the teacher's efforts in improving student learning outcomes, especially fiqh subjects, supporting and inhibiting factors in fiqh lessons at MTs Negeri 5 Malang. To achieve this goal, the researcher uses a qualitative approach based on phenomology by using case study research. Researchers found the results of this study including planning the implementation of one sheet learning in accordance with the recommendations of the ministry of religion. The application of this research includes indicators of time, teaching materials, learning methods and evaluation. The supporting factors of this research are adequate facilities and facilities. As for the inhibiting factor of this research, namely the background of students who are not all graduates of madrasas or pesantren so that it takes a long time to adapt to more indepth religious lessons, namely fiqh lessons.
