Description There have been many conversations regarding humanist and religious education, but in reality there are still difficulties in implementing humanist and religious education such as where the teacher has difficulty in making the conditions of the living class make some students feel bored and in the learning process. Likewise the problems that occur from the side of the students where there are some students who are unruly violates school rules or in the sense that students still need more profound religious guidance, religious humanist education is basically an education that will integrate the term hub minallah and hablu minannas, besides running everything related to God does not forget to establish good relations between humans. In this study using a method with 3 instruments, namely: interview, observation and documentation. This study also aims to describe: Implementation of religious humanist education in teaching and learning activities at MTs Hasyim Asy'ari Batu, 2). Implementation of religious culture at MTs Hasyim Asy'ari Batu, 3). Supporting and inhibiting factors in implementing religious humanist education in building the character of students at MTs Hasyim Asy'ari Batu. And the results of this study indicate that broadly the character of students in MTs Hasyim Asy, ari Batu can be formed through religious humanist education, and in the implementation of religious humanist education facilitate the teacher in guiding and more importantly the teacher must be a role model for students.
