Along with the very rapid development of the times. In addition to teaching teachers are required to foster students. Aqidah moral teachers have a fairly heavy task in addition to providing moral deepening and counseling guidance teachers do not only provide counseling guidance to students. However, these two teachers have a duty in fostering student discipline.The purpose of this study was to determine the role of aqidah teachers and counseling guidance teachers in fostering the discipline of class XII students at MA Al-Ibrohimi Manyar Gresik. From the results of the study that the teacher's efforts in fostering student discipline, planning teachers in making guidelines, choosing programs, setting goals and providing socialization. In the implementation process, the teacher makes the objectives of implementing disciplinary programs, implementing discipline and learning activities. The supporting factors in this research are the school's supporting activity program, good cooperation from all school members and the active role of teachers and parents in the development of students properly. The obstacles are the lack of good parental cooperation, the limited supervision of teachers and students and the influence of friends' associations.Along with the very rapid development of the times.
