Description This study aims to describe the effectiveness of learning media and the reainess of educators and students during the Covid-19 pandemic in Islamic Religious Education subjects. This research is a descriptive qualitative research. Sources of research data are the principal, curriculum field, PAI subject teachers, and several students. The method of data collection is by using the method of observation, interviews and documentation. The result of the study illustrate that the effectiveness of PAI learning media is not effective due to several factors, including internet signals, the ability to master technology, teacher limitations in explaining the material, and limitations of student in understanding the subject matter. The readiness of educatos and students has been equipped before the implementation on online learning, from holding trainings on how to use and apply media to holding simulations for students. And every month an evaluation will be held regarding the use of learning media.
