Description  He development of community organizations both locally and nationally accelerated. The existence of community organizations in Indonesia is guaranteed in law No/16 of 2017 concerning community organizatins. In law No/16 of 2017 it is emphasized that the organization is establihed and shaped by the cammon aspirations, wishes, needs, interests, activities, and objectives to participate in development in order to achieve the goal of the Republic of Indonesia unitary state based on Pancasila. In the Pancasila democracy, sthe state organization system is carried out bye the  people themselves or with the cansent of the people where all human beings as gods and political, economic, socio-cultural and defense security are recognized, and guaranteed on the basis of the idea of Pancasila statehood.Keywords: verdict, new things there,community
