Description LGBT through criminal law can be observed in Article 292 of the Criminal Code  but is only limited to minors as victims. Several regions, such as Pariaman city and Aceh, apply Regional Regulations that strictly prohibit LGBT behavior by enforcing the law in the form of various sanctions that are applied by the policies of these regions. In the perspective of positive Indonesian law, LGBT regulations exist and are regulated through several regional regulations, although they only apply to certain areas, not all Indonesian people. This research is normative juridical research with the approach of Law Number 1 of 1946 concerning the Criminal Code (KUHP), Pariaman City Regional Regulation Number 10 of 2018 concerning Public Peace and Order, and Aceh Qanun Number 6 of 2014 concerning Jinayat Law. While the method used in this study is qualitative. From the results of this study, it can be seen how the Law Enforcement of Lesbian Gay Bisexual and Transgender in the Perspective of Criminal Law.Keywords: LGBT, Criminal Code, Positive Law, Regional Regulation
