Description Pendaftaran tanah di Indonesia adalah untuk memberikan perlindungan hukum bagi pemegang hak atas tanah, oleh karena itu, untuk mewujudkan hal ini, dibuat peraturan tentang perlindungan pemegang sertifikat hak atas tanah atas pendaftaran tanah, salah satunya Pasal 32 ayat (2) PP Nomor 24 Tahun 1997. Mengingat keberadaan artikel ini tidak sesuai dengan sistem publikasi negatif yang diadopsi oleh pendaftaran tanah di Indonesia, di mana sertifikat bukanlah bukti mutlak tetapi sertifikat adalah bukti kuat. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode yuridis normatif. Yaitu penelitian hukum dengan data sekunder yang berkaitan dengan Pasal 32 ayat (2) PP No. 24 tahun 1997 adalah data utama dalam penelitian ini. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sistem pendaftaran tanah di Indonesia menganut sistem publisitas negatif yang memiliki kecenderungan positif.Kata kunci: Perlindungan Hukum, Sertifikat, Pendaftaran TanahLand registration in Indonesia is to provide legal protection for holders of land rights, therefore, to realize this, a regulation is made regarding the protection of holders of land rights certificates on land registration, one of which Article 32 paragraph (2) PP Number 24 Year 1997. Considering the existence of this article is not in accordance with the negative publication system adopted by land registration in Indonesia, where certificates are not absolute evidence but certificate are a strong evidence. The method used in this study is a normative juridical method. Namely legal research with secondary data relating to Article 32 paragraph (2) PP No. 24 of 1997 is the main data in this study. The results of the study indicate that the land registration system in Indonesia adheres to a negative publicity system that has a positive tendency.
