Description Abstrak Pembangunan fasilitas umum adalah program dari pemerintah Indonesia yang telah telah dilakukan secara terus menerus, salah satunya adalah pembangunan jalan tol, tetapi sering menimbulkan masalah. Masalahnya saat ini adalah mengenai kompensasi untuk tanah yang sebelumnya memiliki hak properti individu di mana ia harus menjadi milik negara dan ini disebut pembebasan lahan publik, artinya yang sebelumnya memiliki fungsi sosial dan dikendalikan oleh negara. Kurangnya sosialisasi oleh pemerintah terhadap masyarakat dan kurangnya hukum yang mengikat tentang batas kompensasi minimum untuk nilai tanah per meter, ini mencerminkan bahwa penelitian lebih lanjut diperlukan untuk masalah ini. Berdasarkan Undang-Undang Nomor 2 Tahun 2012 Tentang Pengadaan Tanah untuk Kepentingan Umum tentang bentuk dan objek kompensasi dan bagaimana prosedur kompensasi sesuai dengan peraturan yang telah diatur.Kata kunci: jalan tol, pengadaan tanah, kompensasi Abstract The construction of public facilities is a program of the Indonesian government that has been carried out continuously, on of that is the construction og toll roads, but it often causes problems. The problem of nowadays is regarding compensation for lands that previously had individual property right where it must be a state property and this is called public  land acquisition, its mean that previously has social functions and is controlled by the state. Lack of socialization by the government towards the community and lack of binding law of the minimum compensation limit for land values per meter, this reflects that further research is needed on this matter. Based on Constitution No. 2 of 2012 Concerning The Procurement Of Land for The Public Interest regarding the form and objek of compensation and how the procedures for compensation are in accordance with the regulations that have been regulated.Keywords: toll road, land procurement, compensation
