Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh stres kerja terhadap disiplin kerja, stres kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan, disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan dan disiplin kerja yang memediasi stres kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan. Metode yang digunakan dalam pengambilan sampel adalah probability sampling yaitu teknik simple random sampling. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) dengan menggunakan WarpPls 6.0.Berdasarkan hasil analisis data menunjukkan bahwa stres kerja berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap disiplin kerja, stres kerja berpengaruh negatif signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dan disiplin kerja signifikan dalam memediasi pengaruh stres kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan.Kata Kunci: Stres Kerja, Disiplin Kerja, Kinerja Karyawan This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of work stress on work discipline, work stress on employee performance, work discipline on employee performance and work discipline that mediates work stress on employee performance. The method used in sampling is probability sampling, which is a simple random sampling technique. The data analysis technique used is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) using WarpPls 6.0.Based on the results of data analysis shows that work stress has a significant positive effect on work discipline, work stress has a significant negative effect on employee performance, work discipline has a significant positive effect on employee performance and work discipline is significant in mediating the effect of work stress on employee performance.Keywords: Job Stress, Work Discipline, Employee Performance
