Description ABSTRACTThe purpose of this study was to determine the level of profit value and business efficiency of organic kale and baby porridge in CV. Kurnia Kitri Ayu Farm in 2018-2019. The data used are secondary data which is cross checked to validate the data cohesiveness. The method used is a description that is interpreted in depth. Research results at the location of CV. Kurnia Kitri Ayu Farm, the results of the research, namely the R / C ratio of the two products of the upstream side of water spinach and the downstream side of the baby porridge show greater than one which indicates that the upstream-downstream aspects of the kangkung commodity show an efficient level. Likewise, the marketing system of 'supply' of goods is sufficient to support the condition of efficiency. On that basis, it is recommended that CV. Kurnia Kitri Ayu Farm to maintain its production and marketing patterns well.
