Description Employee performance is one of the conditions that support the achievement of organizational goals effectively and efficiently. The existence of high employee performance arises from the increased awareness of employees towards the company concerned. This research was conducted with the aim of knowing the effect of leadership and work motivation on employee performance. Multiple regression analysis technique to meet the research objectives. The research findings state that leadership is dominant on employee performance. There is a partially significant impact between leadership and work motivation on employee performance.
