Description The most important resource for an organization is human resources, namely people who give their thoughts, energy, talents and abilities to the organization. Employee performance is a manifestation of the work achieved by employees to contribute to the achievement of company goals. Without maximum employee performance, activities in the company may not run well. Therefore, in an effort to carry out company activities in a better direction, it is necessary to observe the elements that cause employee performance improvement. This study intends to determine the relationship between motivation, environment and employee performance by observing one company in Gresik Regency. There were 47 respondents who were involved with the characteristics of having worked for 15 years at the company. From the results of data processing through SPSS it was found that all variables had a strong relationship between them. These results prove that the role of motivation and work environment is very important for the formation of employee performance.
