Description The purpose of this research is to determine the effect of variable organizational culture, job satisfaction, employee competence, motivation to organizational commitment. Population in this research is employees of the University Sunan Giri Surabaya. This study is based on a quantitative approach with multiple linear analysis techniques regression Based on the test results F is known that there are significant simultaneously between organizational culture, job satisfaction, employee competence, motivation to organizational commitment. Based on t test results known that organizational culture, job satisfaction, employee competence, motivation partially influence on organizational commitment.
