Description Improvement of human resources in each company is carried out so that the outputs achieved by the company get maximum results. One form of increasing production is to increase work performance. This increase is thought to be influenced by motivation, discipline, and organizational commitment. This research was conducted to find out the size of the influence of motivation, discipline, and organizational commitment on work performance. This quantitative research uses a sampling technique with random sampling method. The sample in this study amounted to 75 respondents. The data analysis technique of this research uses multiple linear regression. The results of the research that have been carried out show that motivation and discipline partially affect work performance. Organizational commitment is not proven to partially affect work performance. Of the three variables, the motivation variable is the more dominant variable affecting work performance.
