Summary, etc. The purpose of this research is to know the influence of the granting Biourine cows and a certain dose with NPK towards growth and crop production of maize (Zea mays L.). Biourine cow treatment with predictably 1000 ml/l of water with NPK phonska 250 kg/ha (B3P3) have the best influence towards the growth and production of maize plants (Zea mays L.). This research was performed using Random Design methods Group (RAK) factorial pattern, consisting of 2 factors and each factor consists of 3 levels, namely; Factor i: Biourine consists of 3 levels: B1 (5.00 l/ha); B2 (750 l/ha); B3 (1,000 l/ha). Factor II: majemukan NPK Fertilizer is composed of 3 level: P1 (150 kg/ha); P2 (200 kg/ha); P3 (250 kg/ha). From the results it can be concluded, that, there is an interaction treatment doses of Biourine cows and a fertilizer NPK plant phonska at the age of 28 and 46 days after planting; the number of leaves 28 days after planting 56 and 42; broad leaves 28 days after planting and days after planting 56 42; COB diameter 105 Peel days after planting; beklobot cob weight 105 days after planting; heavy COB Peel harvesting 105 days after planting; weight 105 days after planting soggy pipil; the dry weight of pipil 105 days after planting; weight per 1000 seeds corn to dry on the pipil Biourine granting cow treatment 1000 ml/l and fertilizer NPK phonska 250 kg/ha. There is a significant difference between the treatment dosing cow manure and NPK Biourine phonska high on plants aged 56 and 70 days after planting; the number of leaves of 14 and 70 days after planting; the diameter of the stem 2 hat, 28 days after planting, days after planting 42, 56 and 70 days after planting; broad leaf 2 days after planting and 70; COB diameter 105 Peel hst. The best result shown in General by dosing treatment biourine 1000 ml/l and fertilizer NPK phonska 250 kg/ha
