The Annual Malang International Peace Conference (AMIPEC) is initiated by Universitas Islam Raden Rahmat (UNIRA) Malang and supported by Government of Malang Regency and GP Ansor of Malang Regency. AMIPEC is in purpose to compile intentions, thoughts, and best practices from around the world to bring genuine thoughts and influences to our common strive for world peace.


 


This journal contains the proceeding of the papers presented on AMIPEC by the theme Building International Peace Network: peace education, conflict resolution, multiculturalism and local wisdom, terrorism, violence, and security, religious fundamentalism, grassroots movement and participation, world peace and the role of mass media, ommunity empowerment and  socio-enterpreunership,  and  asymmetric  warfare. The conference is held in Universitas Islam Raden Rahmat Malang on August 18th -19th, 2016 at K.H Moch.Said Hall.
